Sexual Safety Campaign

Ashford and St Peter’s Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has introduced a workplace “sexual safety” initiative as part of a wider NHS effort to prevent sexual harassment, abuse, and misconduct in healthcare settings.

The Trust formally committed to a zero-tolerance approach to harmful sexual behaviour by signing the NHS England Sexual Safety Charter and publishing a dedicated workplace policy in 2025.
